We ship most in-stock merchandise within 24 hours of receiving your order. We strive to ship all purchases in the fewest packages conserving resources and cost. Our standard shipping charges cover most items. Certain heavy or oversized items may have extra shipping costs.

Shipping & Handling
Standard shipping and handling charges are based on the total price of merchandise shipped to each delivery address within the 48 contiguous states. Please provide a physical address, as we can’t ship to PO Boxes. All shipping is through UPS. Standard Ground Service shipments will arrive in three to five business days.



Express Shipping
Add just $12.99 for each delivery address to upgrade to Express Service. Your order is guaranteed to arrive on the second business day after it ships. Orders must be received by noon CST to ship out same day. This service applies to in-stock merchandise under 20lbs. for delivery. Please call 1.800.890.GRNR for rates on expedited orders over 20 lbs.

Packaging
In keeping with our mission to improve our planet, we will securely package your purchases reusing boxes, paper, peanuts, and bubblewrap. When we must use new boxes and packaging, we select the highest post-consumer recycled content and biodegradable peanuts.
